How we protect patient data

• You sign off every note

  Assist drafts the note. Nothing is final until you have checked it.

• Short-lived recordings

  Recordings you do not save are deleted within 24 hours. Transcripts are cleared after 30 days.

  Available on every account, with an email alert whenever it is changed.

• Access is logged

  Opening, changing and exporting records is recorded in an audit log.

  Export or delete your notes at any time.
